	Re: What kind of trail shoes do you wear? Posted by Brian on 5/10/08 ... well I'll be darned ... I've been wearing my trail boots for over four years ... so footwear needs replacing at as little as a months wear if I use my daily mileage as a gauge ... I think you are spoiled me ... seems wasteful ... but you do say health reasons dictate your need to purchase so I'll be easy on you ... not sure I could feel safe despite the footwear if there were snakes on the trail ... sometimes just staying in bed and exercising with a fellow retiree may be the best way to go and there she can wear her 3 1/2 inch heels if she wishes ... way to go and happy Mother's Day to my friends here ... love, peace, and boots ...
