    This should NOT be surprise to you. Most administrators
    believe that teachers are expendable and as such should not
    be given any recognition whatsoever. Be thankful and grateful
    for what was given to you. You deserve that and more, but
    your building principal is cut from the same bolt of cloth
    that most administrators are a part of..... jealously and
    hate for teachers.

    Leave the school. Keep your memories. NO administrator can
    ever take those things away from you.
