Do you want an informal surprise party or more formal?
Party at your home or at a restaurant or church hall or ??
Do you need to distract him with an activity so people can
gather in an appointed place, or do you want people to "stop
by" where he is (home? restaurant? other?) and gather so
he'll clue in quickly to the surprise?
What were some of the funny surprise birthday parties he's
done for you? Maybe we can build off them.
